Who are E.F.S?

EFS is an Independent Early Intervention Team brought together by Dee Bracken and Claire Lavender who collectively have 13 years experience in working with families with very challenging behaviour from all backgrounds. Through this we conducted our own research in the subject of family breakdown and noted many children and young people were entering the care system due to family problems. This led us to look into reasons why and how this could be corrected before it got out of hand and Intervention of the local authority was necessary.

We found that the earlier the intervention the easier the problem could be turned around through families working together and remaining a unit. BUT Early Intervention Help was not available with Local Authorities.
